How to Order?

Email to cooji@yahoo.com.sg with the following information:


• Name
• email address
• Product Code
• size and colour
• Quantity
• Mailing address

• Contact number
• Postal preference (Normal, registered mail or meet up at tampines central)

Exchange /Refund policy

1. we will not refund any cancellations once the order is confirmed.
2. There will be strictly NO exchange for all items

Postage Fee

1. I will only be able to confirm the postage charge when I receive your order.
2. You are advised to use registered mail, especially during festive season.
3. Please Check your email for my confirmation.
4. Upon confirmation, please pay via fund transfer. Details will be provided in my confirmation email.

Payment

1. Payment must be received within 2days from the date of confirmed order. Please drop us a mail of the transaction ID and amount transferred.
2. Once payment is received, notification will be sent to you by email and we will delivery the item or to meet you up to deliver the item
